Andy McMahon, co-founder of PinPoint Publishing, brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry to his work with authors. Known for his sharp problem-solving skills and innovative mindset, Andy has spent his career helping others achieve their goals. At PinPoint, he applies this same dedication to guiding authors through the self-publishing process, offering expert support in editing, typesetting, cover design, and more, all while ensuring writers maintain full control over their work.
Andy is passionate about balancing precision with creativity, understanding the unique challenges authors face as they turn their ideas into polished, professional books. Whether assisting first-time writers or seasoned authors, Andy’s goal is to make the journey as empowering and rewarding as possible.
When he’s not collaborating with authors, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, their three children, and their dog. A firm believer in meaningful connections, Andy is driven by a desire to help others thrive and bring their visions to life.

A published author himself and lifelong mentor who brings over 30 years of leadership and ministry experience to the world of self-publishing. A transformative leader, Manny has planted thriving churches, trained leaders globally, and inspired countless individuals to fulfill their potential. His passion for collaboration and creativity now fuels his work with authors, helping them craft impactful books that reflect their unique voices and visions.
Manny’s journey began in an unexpected place—a promising career in baseball—until a life-changing encounter with Jesus led him to dedicate his life to ministry. Today, he combines his leadership expertise and firsthand knowledge as an author to empower writers, walking alongside them to turn their ideas into professional, meaningful works.
When not immersed in publishing or ministry, Manny enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and traveling the world. He and his wife, Victoria, are proud parents of four adult children who inspire his commitment to fostering creativity and purpose in everything he does. Manny’s mission is simple: to help authors bring their stories to life while empowering them to leave a lasting impact
